TSR Version of Tony Roma's Baby Back Ribs by Todd Wilbur

  1. Combine all but ribs.
  2. Heat over high heat until boiling.
  3. Reduce heat, simmer 30-40 minutes until thick.
  4. Coat 4 pounds of baby back pork ribs, front and back, with BBQ sauce.
  5. Wrap ribs in aluminum foil.
  6. Bake at 300 for 2 - 2 1/2 hours.
  7. Remove ribs from foil and smother with more sauce.
