Wonderful Sesame Chicken

• 3 tablespoons melted butter
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1 cup sesame cracker, crushed
• 1 teaspoon ground ginger
• 14 teaspoon salt
• 1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into strips

1. Preheat oven to 450.
2. Mix all ingredients together except chicken.
3. Roll (and press) chicken in the mixture and place on a sprayed cookie sheet Bake for 20 minutes.
