S'Mores Cheesecake Bars

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides.
  3. Crush 14 grahams.
  4. Mix with butter and 3 Tbsp.
  5. sugar; press onto bottom of prepared pan.
  6. Coarsely chop remaining grahams.
  7. Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended.
  8. Add flour; mix well.
  9. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended.
  10. Chop 1/2 cup chocolate chunks; stir into cream cheese batter.
  11. Pour over crust.
  12. Sprinkle with remaining chocolate chunks, marshmallows and chopped grahams.
  13. Bake 40 min.
  14. or until center is almost set.
  15. Cool completely.
  16. Refrigerate 4 hours.
  17. Use foil handles to lift cheesecake from pan before cutting into bars.
