Bhel With A Difference Recipe

  1. Use the instant noodles variety eg.
  2. Maggie in India.
  3. Crush them lightly.
  4. Toast them dry in a heavy pan, stirring continuously till light and crunchy.
  5. Cold, keep aside.
  6. In a mixing bowl, add in the onions, tomato, potato, corn, coriander.
  7. Just before serving , add in the chutneys, salt chaat masala, chilli pwdr.
  8. Add in the noodles or possibly corn flakes and mix gently with hand or possibly a spatula.
  9. Put in individual serving bowls, garnish with sev and coriander.
  10. Serve immediately.
  11. Making time: 20 min
  12. Makes: 3 servings
