MA PO TOFU

  1. Cut tofu into 1/2 inch cubes; deep fry in vegetable oil for 1/2 minute.
  2. Remove all oil except 3 tablespoons.
  3. Stir-fry ground pork well.
  4. Add garlic, hot bean paste, soy sauce, salt, soup stock and tofu.
  5. Boil for 3 minutes.
  6. Thicken with cornstarch paste
  7. sprinkle with sesame oil.
  8. Place in bowl and sprinkle with peppercorn powder.
