The Best Guacamole
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 jalapeno
- 1/2 bunch cilantro
- 4 large ripe Hass avocados
- 1 medium red onion
- 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- Pinch of freshly ground pepper
- Yucca Crisps
- In a food processor with knife blade attached, finely chop garlic, jalapeno, and cilantro.
- Halve avocados and remove pits.
- With a spoon, scoop out avocados into a large bowl; add cilantro mixture and remaining ingredients (except yucca crisps).
- Mash with a potato masher or back of a fork.
- Cover surface of guacamole with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve; serve with yucca crisps.
