Cabbage Salsa

  1. Thinly slice the onions and add them to the cabbage.
  2. Add as many jalapenos as you wish, and about 1/4- 1/2 the liquid from the can.
  3. Add the cilantro, lime juice, salt and oregano.
  4. I know oregano seems wrong, but trust me.
  5. Marinate together for at least an hour.
  6. This is great with chips, fish tacos or as a spicy slaw.
  7. Enjoy!
