Cabbage Salsa
- 1/4 whole Red Onion
- 1/4 whole White Onion
- 1 bag Cole Slaw Mix
- 1 can Pickled Jalapenos With Liquid
- 1 bunch Cilanto
- 4 pieces Limes, Juiced
- 1 teaspoon Salt Or More As Desired
- 18 teaspoons Oregano
- Thinly slice the onions and add them to the cabbage.
- Add as many jalapenos as you wish, and about 1/4- 1/2 the liquid from the can.
- Add the cilantro, lime juice, salt and oregano.
- I know oregano seems wrong, but trust me.
- Marinate together for at least an hour.
- This is great with chips, fish tacos or as a spicy slaw.
