Cucumber-Dill Salad with Asparagus
- 1 lb. (450 g) fresh asparagus spears, trimmed, cut into 1-inch lengths
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 cup Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
- 2 tsp. dill weed
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 small cucumber, quartered lengthwise, then sliced crosswise
- Place asparagus in microwaveable casserole.
- Add water; cover with lid.
- Microwave on HIGH 3 to 5 min.
- or until asparagus is crisp-tender; drain.
- Rinse with cold water; drain.
- Mix next 4 ingredients in large bowl.
- Add asparagus and cucumbers; toss to coat.
- Refrigerate 1 hour.
