Apple & Potato Kielbasa Kabobs

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling water 10 to 12 min.
  2. or just until tender; drain.
  3. Cool slightly.
  4. Meanwhile, combine mustard, preserves and green onions; reserve 1/4 cup for later use.
  5. Heat grill to medium heat.
  6. Thread sausage, apples, pearl onions and potatoes alternately onto 12 skewers.
  7. Grill kabobs 12 to 15 min.
  8. or until heated through, turning after 7 min.
  9. and brushing occasionally with remaining mustard mixture for the last few minutes.
  10. Meanwhile, cook reserved mustard mixture in saucepan on medium heat 3 to 4 min.
  11. or until heated through.
  12. Toss hot cabbage with mustard mixture.
  13. Serve with kabobs.
