Apple & Potato Kielbasa Kabobs
- 6 new potatoes, cut in half
- 1/3 cup GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard
- 1/3 cup apricot preserves
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 lb. kielbasa, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 large apple, cut into 12 wedges
- 1/2 cup frozen pearl onions, thawed
- 3 cups shredded green cabbage, steamed
- Cook potatoes in boiling water 10 to 12 min.
- or just until tender; drain.
- Cool slightly.
- Meanwhile, combine mustard, preserves and green onions; reserve 1/4 cup for later use.
- Heat grill to medium heat.
- Thread sausage, apples, pearl onions and potatoes alternately onto 12 skewers.
- Grill kabobs 12 to 15 min.
- or until heated through, turning after 7 min.
- and brushing occasionally with remaining mustard mixture for the last few minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook reserved mustard mixture in saucepan on medium heat 3 to 4 min.
- or until heated through.
- Toss hot cabbage with mustard mixture.
- Serve with kabobs.
