Lime Cream Cheese Frosting

• 250 g PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
• 2/3 cup icing sugar mixture, sifted
• 2/3 cup full cream milk powder
• Grated rind of 1 lime Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09

1. BEAT the PHILLY and sugar with an electric beater until smooth.
2. Add the milk powder and beat again until smooth.
3. Stir through the lime rind.
4. Chill.
5. Use as required.
