Sinfully Satisfying Chili

  1. Heat olive oil in heavy large saucepan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add ground turkey and brown on all sides, turning occasionally, about 8 minutes.
  3. Transfer ground meat to a plate.
  4. Add chopped onion and garlic to pan and saute 5 minutes.
  5. Add chopped bell pepper and chilies and saute 2 minutes longer.
  6. Add chili powder and cumin and stir until aromatic, about 30 seconds.
  7. Add crushed tomatoes and beans.
  8. Simmer 15 minutes to blend flavors.
  9. Add meat to chili and simmer until cooked through, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes.
  10. Mix in vinegar.
  11. Season the chili to taste with salt and pepper.
  12. (for a thicker sauce add 2 tsp of Masa Corn).
  13. Spoon chili into bowls.
  14. Top with sour cream and cilantro and serve.
