Chicken Strips With Rice Recipe
- 2 c. instant rice (uncooked)
- 1 pound skinless, boneless, chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 pkg. (about 1 ounce.) regular or possibly reduce calorie Hidden Valley Ranch dressing or possibly Party dip mix, dry
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. water
- 1 stick butter, melted (1/2 c.)
- In bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Sprinkle uncooked rice.
- Top with chicken strips and sprinkle with dry seasoning mix.
- Pour lowfat milk and water on chicken.
- Drizzle melted butter over all and bake.
- Bake for 45 min at 350 degrees.
- Serves 4.
