Yogurt Parfaits with Granola

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine all granola ingredients in bowl; stir well to combine.
  3. Spread into lightly greased 9-inch square baking pan.
  4. Bake, stirring once, 11-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Cool completely; break apart.
  6. Layer ingredients starting with 1 tablespoon granola, 1/4 cup yogurt and 1/4 cup fruit; repeat layers ending with granola.
  7. Serve immediately or cover each with plastic food wrap.
  8. Refrigerate up to 2 hours.
