Yogurt Parfaits with Granola
- 1/2 cup uncooked old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats
- 3 (5x2-inch) (1/2 cup) graham crackers, coarsely chopped
- 3 tablespoons Land O Lakes Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread
- 2 cups vanilla yogurt
- 2 cups your favorite fresh fruit
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Combine all granola ingredients in bowl; stir well to combine.
- Spread into lightly greased 9-inch square baking pan.
- Bake, stirring once, 11-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool completely; break apart.
- Layer ingredients starting with 1 tablespoon granola, 1/4 cup yogurt and 1/4 cup fruit; repeat layers ending with granola.
- Serve immediately or cover each with plastic food wrap.
- Refrigerate up to 2 hours.
