Cheap Fish Transformed! Kyoto Saikyo Miso-style Grilled Haddock
- 2 filets Haddock
- 2 tbsp Miso
- 3 tbsp Shiro-dashi
- 1 tbsp Sugar (I used crystal sugar)
- Place the ingredients into a resealable plastic bag and combine.
- At this time, taste and adjust the flavor as necessary.
- Place the haddock into the plastic bag from Step 1 and let it marinate.
- The photo shows the haddock after 3 days.
- Grill by using a fish grill, oven, or toaster oven.
- If you have the time and plan to make a bunch to freeze, just put in the freezer while marinating in the plastic bag.
