Okra Shoyu-Zuke (Okra and Onion Pickles)

• 5 to 6 each okra thumb-size, raw, thinly sliced on diagonal
• 1/2 each onions onion, thinly sliced, can be yellow or red/purple onion
• 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
• 2 tablespoons shoyu

1. Place okra and onions in a container.
2. Blend vinegar and shoyu.
3. Mix well with okra and onions.
