Linguine alla Romana
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 lb. ham
- 1 red pepper
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 can low-fat evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup frozen green peas
- 1/2 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
- 375 Primo Linguine
- Just follow our 3 simple steps
- Cook 1/4 lb.
- ham and 1 small red bell pepper, both cut into thin strips, and 3 minced garlic cloves in 1 Tbsp.
- Primo 100% Pure Olive Oil in large frypan for 5 minutes.
- Add 1 Tbsp.
- flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in 1 can (385 mL) low-fat evaporated milk and bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce heat, add 1/2 cup frozen green peas and simmer 3 minutes.
- Cook 1/3 pkg.
- (900g) Primo Linguine; drain.
- Toss with sauce mixture and 1/2 cup Kraft Grated Parmesan.
