Diane's Maple Glazed Pork Roast
- 1 centre-cut pork loin roast (4 lb./1.8 kg)
- 1 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ground nutmeg
- Heat oven to 500 degrees F.
- Place meat in roasting pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 15 min.
- Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F; bake meat additional 35 min.
- or until meat registers 155 degrees F.
- Meanwhile, whisk remaining ingredients in saucepan; cook on medium heat 2 min.
- Increase oven temperature to 400 degrees F. Pour sauce over meat; bake 5 min.
- or until sauce is caramelized and bubbly, and meat is done (160 degrees F).
