Mango Habanero Chicken Wings
- 2 pounds chicken wingettes and drummies
- 2 tablespoons Land O Lakes Butter
- 1 habanero chile pepper, seeds and stem removed, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Buffalo wings hot sauce
- 1 cup chopped mango
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Line 15x10x1-inch baking pan with aluminum foil; spray with no-stick cooking spray.
- Place chicken wings into prepared pan.
- Bake 45 minutes.
- Drain fat.
- Melt butter in 1-quart saucepan over medium heat.
- Add habanero peppers, cook 2-3 minutes or until softened.
- Add all remaining ingredients; stir.
- Cook 5-7 minutes or until sauce thickens slightly.
- Pour mixture into food processor bowl fitted with metal blade or blender container; pulse until smooth.
- Pour sauce over wings; toss to coat.
- Bake 5-10 minutes or until wings are crispy and no longer pink inside.
