Stingray with Spicy Soyben Fermented Sauce
- 500 grams Stringray ( cut into pieces)
- 1 pinch Salt + Pepper
- 500 grams oil
- 100 grams green chili (sliced) you can change it with paprika
- 3 clove garlic (sliced)
- 6 clove shallot (sliced)
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp Fermented Soyben Paste
- 2 tomato.(sliced)
- preheat the oil.
- seasoning the stingray and fried.
- set aside.
- preheat 3tbs oil in medium saucepan.
- put in the garlic, shallot, green chili and tomato
- put in 1 tbs of Fermented Soyben paste.
- saute until cook.
- and pour into the fried stringray.
- ready to serve
