Stingray with Spicy Soyben Fermented Sauce

  1. preheat the oil.
  2. seasoning the stingray and fried.
  3. set aside.
  4. preheat 3tbs oil in medium saucepan.
  5. put in the garlic, shallot, green chili and tomato
  6. put in 1 tbs of Fermented Soyben paste.
  7. saute until cook.
  8. and pour into the fried stringray.
  9. ready to serve
