Best Cheese Biscuits Recipe
- 2 c. Bisquick
- 2/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
- Mix the baking mix, lowfat milk and cheese till soft dough forms.
- Beat vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Drop dough by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 450 degrees for about 10 min till lightly brown.
- Mix butter, garlic pwdr, and parsley; brush over hot biscuits before removing from cookie sheet.
- Serve hot.
- Yield: 12 biscuits.
