Mexican Chicken Salad
- 2 cups fully cooked chicken, chopped
- 13 cup green pepper, chopped
- 13 cup pepper, chopped
- 0.5 (14 1/2 ounce) can kidney beans
- 12 yellow onion, chopped
- 14 cup sour cream
- 14 cup fage yogurt
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- Mix together sour cream, yogurt, and taco seasoning.
- Add chicken, peppers, beans, and onion and mix till coated.
- Serve on bed of shredded lettuce and top with tomatoes, olives, as desired.
