Grilled Potatoes
- 3 cups baby red potatoes, washed and skin left on
- 12 cup butter or 12 cup margarine, melted
- 12 cup onion, chopped
- 1 12 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons clubhouse vegetable seasoning
- 14 cup water, approx to avoid burning the potatoes
- Preheat your bbq to medium-high setting.
- In a bowl, toss together the potatoes, margarine, onion, spices, seasoning.
- Wrap the mixture in tin foil or put in tin foil pan.
- Add the water.
- Cover potatoes.
- BBQ for approx 30-40 min, until tender.
