Perfect Pie Pastry Recipe
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 3/4 c. shortening
- 4 to 5 tbsp. ice water
- Cut shortening into flour with fork or possibly pastry cutter.
- The best results come when you use ice water adding to flour to make moist.
- Roll out thin to fit pie pan.
- Fill in with your favorite pie filling.
