Kitchen Kouture Shredded Pork BBQ Sandwiches

  1. Sauce:.
  2. In a saucepan, add in all ingredients; bring to a boil stirring with to combine.
  3. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered stirring occasionally for 1 hour over low heat.
  4. Cool to room temperature then cover and refrigerate for 24 hours or more before using.
  5. Sandwich:.
  6. Thaw pork.
  7. In a skillet, heat pork & bbq sauce.
  8. Mix well till fully heated.
  9. Warm buns in the oven to brown.
  10. Serve pork on bun with onions and jalopenos.
  11. In Crockpot:.
  12. Cook on low for 4 hours.
