Charm City Corn
- 2 cup water
- 1 cup milk
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 ears of corn
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 dash green hot sauce
- 1 pepper & salt to taste
- In a pot, bring water, milk and a pinch of salt to a boil.
- Cut all 4 ears of corn into thirds.
- Add to the pot and cook until crisp tender, about 5 minutes.
- Drain corn.
- In the same pot, melt butter with Old Bay seasoning, green hot sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss corn in the spicy butter.
