Charm City Corn

  1. In a pot, bring water, milk and a pinch of salt to a boil.
  2. Cut all 4 ears of corn into thirds.
  3. Add to the pot and cook until crisp tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. Drain corn.
  5. In the same pot, melt butter with Old Bay seasoning, green hot sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Toss corn in the spicy butter.
