Chicken with Apple-Walnut Stuffing

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Prepare stuffing in large saucepan as directed on package.
  3. Add apples, nuts and raisins; mix lightly.
  4. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish; top with chicken.
  5. Bake 35 to 40 min.
  6. or until chicken is done (165 degrees F).
  7. Meanwhile, bring broth to boil in medium saucepan on medium-high heat.
  8. Add cream cheese and mustard; cook on medium-low heat 4 to 5 min.
  9. or until cream cheese is melted and sauce begins to thicken, stirring constantly with whisk.
  10. Pour sauce over chicken just before serving; sprinkle with parsley.
