Canapes With Lemon Herb Glaze Recipe

  1. Place on a rack and top each canape with 2 to 3 Tbsp.
  2. Lemon-Herb Glaze.
  3. Lemon-Herb Glaze: Bring water to simmer; add in pepper corns, bay leaf, and dry dill.
  4. Cover, and simmer for about 10 min.
  5. Strain.
  6. Dissolve gelatin, salt, and cayenne in the warm liquid.
  7. Add in vinegar.
  8. Refrigeratetill slightly thickened.
  9. Spoon mix over canapes.
