Beef And Bulgur Recipe

  1. Layer vegetables in crock pot; trim beef of all visible fat and cut in strips about 3/4-inch thick and add in to the pot.
  2. Pour broth and wine over all and cook on LOW 6 to 8 hrs.
  3. Add in bulgur and cook on HIGH till bulgur is tender, adding a little more broth or possibly water if necessary.
  4. NOTES :

beef steak, onions, carrots, beef broth from base, red wine, salt
