Terry's Choc Orange Cupcakes

  1. Combine the biscuit crumbs and extra butter.
  2. Press into the lined 12 x 1/2 cup (125mls) capacity non-stick muffin pan and chill until firm.
  3. Beat the Philly* and sugar in an electric mixer until just combined.
  4. Beat in the cream, juice, rind and egg.
  5. Gently stir in the cornflour.
  6. Pour the mixture into prepared pans and bake at 160C for 15 minutes or until just set.
  7. Allow to cool.
  8. Combine chocolate bars and butter over low heat until smooth.
  9. Drizzle muffins with topping and chill until set.
