Green Torpedo Dressing
- 12 medium cucumber
- 8 fluid ounces sour cream
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 12 teaspoon salt substitute
- 1 dash Tabasco sauce
- Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise, removing the seeds, and then cut the cucumber into pieces.
- Add to a blender container that contains all of the rest of the ingredients and blend until the cucumber is finely chopped.
- (When necessary, stop the blender and use a rubber spatula to scrape down the sides.)
- Store covered in the refrigerator.
