Green Torpedo Dressing

  1. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise, removing the seeds, and then cut the cucumber into pieces.
  2. Add to a blender container that contains all of the rest of the ingredients and blend until the cucumber is finely chopped.
  3. (When necessary, stop the blender and use a rubber spatula to scrape down the sides.)
  4. Store covered in the refrigerator.
