Cajun Shrimp Kabobs

  1. Mix salad dressing mix, oil, vinegar, bourbon, Creole seasoning and hot pepper sauce until well blended.
  2. Pour over shrimp and vegetables; cover.
  3. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
  4. Drain; discard dressing mixture.
  5. Arrange shrimp and vegetables on skewers.
  6. Place on greased grill over medium-hot coals.
  7. Grill 5 to 8 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and vegetables are crisp-tender, turning once.
