Cajun Shrimp Kabobs
- 1 env. GOOD SEASONS Zesty Italian Dressing Mix
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. bourbon
- 1 tsp. Creole seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1 lb. large shrimp, cleaned Safeway 1 lb For $8.99 thru 02/09
- bell pepper chunks
- onion wedges King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- Mix salad dressing mix, oil, vinegar, bourbon, Creole seasoning and hot pepper sauce until well blended.
- Pour over shrimp and vegetables; cover.
- Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
- Drain; discard dressing mixture.
- Arrange shrimp and vegetables on skewers.
- Place on greased grill over medium-hot coals.
- Grill 5 to 8 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and vegetables are crisp-tender, turning once.
