Pulled Pork with Peanuts

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Line 13x9-inch baking pan with foil.
  2. Rub meat with 1/2 tsp.
  3. of the seasoning blend; place in prepared pan.
  4. Mix barbecue sauce, peanuts, water and remaining 1/2 tsp.
  5. seasoning blend; pour over meat.
  6. Cover pan tightly with foil.
  7. Bake 4 to 5 hours or until meat is cooked through (160 degrees F) and tender, basting occasionally with the barbecue sauce mixture and adding more water, if necessary.
  8. Remove meat from pan to cutting board, reserving liquid in pan.
  9. Cut meat into small pieces or shred with fork.
  10. Return to pan; stir to evenly coat meat with sauce.
  11. Fill each bun with 1/2 cup of the meat mixture just before serving.
