Lager Battered Saffron Shrimp

  1. Mix juice of one lemon and saffron in a small bowl.
  2. Let it infuse.
  3. Mix flour, beer, salt, egg white into a bowl and beat until mixture is smooth.
  4. Add saffron juice to bowl.
  5. Mix again.
  6. Dip shrimp into batter, then into 350 degree preheated oil and fry until golden brown.
