Bow Tie Pasta
- 1 lb ground beef, chicken, or turkey
- 16 oz Salsa, chunky is best.
- 8 oz bow tie or other pasta
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- In a large deep pan, brown the meat and drain the fat.
- Add the jar of salsa and heat on low until heated through.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions.
- Drain pasta and add to salsa/meat mixture.
- Mix well.
- Turn off heat.
- Sprinkle liberally with shredded cheese.
- Cover and let sit until cheese melts, about 5 min.
- Serve.
