Blue Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

  1. Preheat grill or broiler to high heat, and lightly oil grate.
  2. Combine pepper, salt and garlic powder.
  3. Sprinkle lightly over mushroom caps.
  4. Fill caps with crumbled blue cheese.
  5. Place mushrooms (cheese side up, obviously) on grill/broiler.
  6. Cook until cheese has melted and mushrooms are tender.
  7. Remove to a serving plate and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
