Chicken and Melon Salad
- 3 qt. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked, thinly sliced
- 1-1/2 qt. honeydew melon, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 qt. KRAFT FREE Raspberry Vinaigrette Fat Free Dressing
- 1-1/2 gal. mixed baby salad greens
- 1-1/2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1-1/2 cups hazelnuts, toasted, chopped
- 1-1/2 cups goat cheese, crumbled
- Toss chicken and melon with dressing.
- For each serving: Cover serving plate with 1 cup of the salad greens.
- Top with about 3/4 cup of the chicken mixture and 1 Tbsp.
- each of the raspberries, hazelnuts and cheese.
