Fresh Lemon Dill Salmon with Veggies

  1. Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill weed, and lemon peel.
  2. Place salmon on broiler pan lightly coated with cooking spray.
  3. Brush with half of the mayonnaise mixture.
  4. Broil 2 to 4 inches from heat 5 min.
  5. Turn over and brush with remaining mayonnaise mixture.
  6. Broil an additional 2 to 3 min.
  7. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  8. Cook rice as directed on package.
  9. Layer vegetables, cream cheese, and VELVEETA LIGHT in microwavable bowl; cover.
  10. Microwave on HIGH 2 min.
  11. ; rotate dish.
  12. Microwave an additional 1 min.
  13. or until thoroughly heated.
  14. Stir until creamy.
  15. Divide meal evenly among 4 plates.
  16. Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of water with meal.
