Cappuccino Cheesecake

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Mix cream cheese, sugar& cappuccino mix in a large bowl with an electric mixer until well blended.
  3. Add eggs & milk.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Pour into a graham cracker crust.
  6. Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
  7. Cool.
  8. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
  9. When ready to serve, sometimes I drizzle melted chocolate chips over the cheesecake.
  10. Then I add some whole strawberries& drizzle more chocolate.
