Turkey - Vegetable Soup

  1. Melt butter in a large saucepan set over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and garlic.
  3. Cook, stirring often, for 5 min.
  4. Add chicken broth and water or turkey stock, and poultry seasoning.
  5. Bring to a boil over high heat.
  6. Stir in noodles.
  7. Return to a boil, then reduce heat to medium.
  8. Boil gently, uncovered, stirring often, for 10 min.
  9. Add frozen vegetables and turkey.
  10. Cover and simmer just until hot, about 2 to 3 min.
