Spicy Thai Chicken Legs

  1. In a medium bowl combine yogurt, lime juice, garlic, ginger, coriander and cayenne.
  2. Pierce chicken legs all over with a fork and place in the bowl.
  3. Turn to coat and marinate at room temperature, turning occasionally, 30-60 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 350.
  5. Remove chicken from marinade and place in a shallow baking dish.
  6. Reserve marinade.
  7. Bake chicken for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven.
  9. Spoon reserved marinade over chicken.
  10. Bake for 20 minutes longer or cooked through.
