Doughnut Bread Pudding
- 2 cups Land O Lakes Half & Half
- 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Land O Lakes Butter, melted
- 5 Land O Lakes All-Natural Eggs
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 4 large glazed raised doughnuts, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon Land O Lakes Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 to 2 tablespoons Land O Lakes Half & Half
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Spray 1 1/2-quart baking dish with no-stick cooking spray.
- Set aside.
- Combine all pudding ingredients except doughnuts in large bowl; mix well.
- Add doughnut pieces; mix until coated.
- Let mixture stand 5 minutes.
- Spoon into prepared dish.
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until puffed and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool slightly.
- Meanwhile, combine powdered sugar, Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla in small bowl.
- Beat, gradually adding enough half & half for desired glazing consistency.
- Drizzle over slightly cooled pudding.
- Serve immediately.
