Liempo tim (Chinese style of Pata Tim)

  1. Fry first the liempo.
  2. When the meat turns brown, add water, soy sauce, sugar, star anise, lime extract, oyster sauce.
  3. Simmer for about 5 to 25 min until meat is tender.
  4. Add pechay baguio and cornstarch to thicken the sauce.
  5. Sprinkle with fried garlic.
  6. Serve with rice.
