French Dressing

• 1/4 cup red
• white wine vinegar
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1/8 tsp. white pepper
• 3/4 cup olive oil

1. In a bowl mix vinegar, salt and pepper with a fork.
2. Add oil and mix vigerously until well blended and slightly thickened.
