Apple Muesli Recipe
- 2 c. rolled oats
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. lowfat yoghurt, natural
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. wheatgerm
- 2 Tbsp. almonds, slivered
- 1 x bananas
- 1 x apples, Granny Smith
- 1 x pears
- Soak rolled oats overnight in water in the refrigerator.
- Core apple, pear and chop.
- Chop banana.
- Add in lowfat yoghurt, honey, wheatgerm, nuts, banana, apple and pears.
- Top with more grated apple and serve.
- What a way to start the day.
