Apple Muesli Recipe

  1. Soak rolled oats overnight in water in the refrigerator.
  2. Core apple, pear and chop.
  3. Chop banana.
  4. Add in lowfat yoghurt, honey, wheatgerm, nuts, banana, apple and pears.
  5. Top with more grated apple and serve.
  6. What a way to start the day.
