Sweet Corn Casserole

• 3 12 cups sweet corn
• 12 cup cooking oil
• 1 dash garlic salt
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 cup corn muffin mix
• 1 12 cups cheddar cheese, grated

1. Mix all ingredients well except 1/2 cup of cheese and pour into casserole dish.
2. Sprinkle w/remaining cheese.
3. Bake @ 325 degrees F. for 45-50 minute.
