BBQ Shrimp with Cocktail Sauce

  1. Rinse shrimp thoroughly in cold water and place in large bowl.
  2. Mix cloves, seasoned salt, thyme, mustard, celery salt, pepper, and Neelys seasoning in a small bowl.
  3. Sprinkle shrimp with the seasoning mixture and toss.
  4. Add lemon juice and the BBQ sauce and mix thoroughly.
  5. Cover and let marinate for 20 minutes.
  6. Preheat grill to a medium heat.
  7. Place shrimp on grill, directly over heat.
  8. Cook for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes per side and fully cooked.
  9. Serve with cocktail sauce and garnish with lemon wedges.
  10. Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir until combined.
  11. Keep in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
  12. In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients.
  13. Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer.
  14. Cook uncovered, stirring frequently, for 1 hour 15 minutes.
  15. Yield: 3 1/2 cups
  16. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  17. Serve chilled.
