Blackwolf Run's Corn Sausage Chowder Recipe

  1. In Dutch oven or possibly kettle, cook sausage and onion till sausage is brown and onions are tender.
  2. drain on paper towel.
  3. Return to Dutch oven with potato, seasonings and water.
  4. Bring to boiling.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer just till potatoes are tender 15 to 20 min.
  6. Add in corns and lowfat milk and heat to serving temperature.
