Chicken Alfredo with Fettuccine
- 1 lb Chicken
- 1 pinch Coarse Salt
- 1 pinch White Ground Pepper
- 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 2 cup Heavy Cream
- 4 clove Peeled Garlic
- 3/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 lb Fettuccine Pasta
- Cut chicken into strips.
- Season with salt and white pepper and saute in butter.
- In separate pot, simmer garlic cloves in cream for 10 minutes
- Pour cream into pan with chicken, removing garlic cloves.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese.
- Cook pasta according to directions on box.
- Toss pasta with sauce and serve with extra Parmesan.
