Spinach with Soft-Cooked Eggs
- 1 bunch Spinach
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- Boil the spinach, cut into bite-size lengths, and drain the excess water.
- Transfer to a plate.
- You could stir-fry with salt and pepper (not listed; a small amount).
- Make scrambled eggs in a frying pan, and lay it on the top of the spinach from Step 1.
- Combine the sauce ingredients, pour it on top, then you're done!
- I stir-fried bean sprouts and eggs, and put it on top.
- It has nice crispy texture and is delicious.
- I copied "Suirin's" recipe and cooked with komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach).
- (It almost looks the same as the one with spinach.)
- I stir-fried komatsuna in oil, removed it from the pan, and scrambled the eggs in the same pan.
- I stir-fried bamboo shoots with spinach.
