Popcorn Crumble Recipe

  1. Mix popcorn and nuts in a large bowl and set aside.
  2. Combine sugar, butter and corn syrup in heavy saucepan.
  3. Bring to a boil; stir constantly and cook to 300 degrees using a candy thermometer.
  4. Add in vanilla and very quickly pour over popcorn and nut mix.
  5. Stir to coat well and spread on a greased cookie sheet to harden.
  6. When mix is cooled break into serving size pcs.
  7. Yield about 1 lb..
